Chris Tuck is 40, married with two children. She became a Fitness Instructor in 2004, after being made redundant from her Accountancy Position.
Chris has always been interested in Fitness and attended many Fitness classes from the age of 16 which she loved. Faced with the opportunity to re-train, Chris thought she would give the Fitness Industry a go, she asked herself a question….. how hard could it be to get up in front of a room of people and deliver a fitness session?
The reality?……. alot harder than what she expected! She needed to learn how to move to the music, put together choreography (hard if you are not a born dancer!), know how to market her classes to the local community and do behind the scenes paperwork!
Five years later, she is delivering successful fitness sessions to the local community and enjoying the challenge.
She has undertaken various training courses in the past five years to keep up to date with current trends and knowledge in order to keep her classes fresh, up beat and fun.
